Emma supported the show with a European Conservative stand (ECR Group) for constituents to meet and discuss local issues. Emma met with various councillors from around Lincolnshire as well as visiting many of the stands including the Federation of Small Businesses stand, where she was given a tour around their marketplace; and the National Farmers Union tent, where she talked to NFU representative Simon Fisher. Emma later met the Chairman of Lincolnshire County Council at the County Council’s stand.

“I absolutely love coming to the Lincolnshire Show. every year is seems to get bigger and better! It’s a great showcase for Lincolnshire, its agriculture, businesses, fantastic food and crafts.

“Thankfully the rain has held off for most of the day, although we did have to find shelter after lunch when the heavens opened for half an hour! The rain hasn’t dampened the spirits of everyone here though, and it’s been a really enjoyable day.”
